What I collect

When you book a call, download a guide or subscribe, I collect your first name and email address. When you book through Google Calendar, Google also processes the details you enter there.

How I use it

To confirm bookings, send what you asked for, and occasionally share helpful emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Where it’s stored

Contact details are stored in Systeme.io, my email marketing platform. Bookings are stored in Google Calendar. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is kept confidential. Any session notes are stored securely and only used to support your coaching. The only exception is where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing ot.ratsaphong@gmail.com. I handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where they apply, the UK GDPR.
